Welcoming and working with Professor Morihiro Maeda – Okayama University, Japan

On the morning of September 7, 2018, the Institute of Biotechnology – Hue University had a meeting and worked with Prof. Morihiro Maeda, Okayama University, Japan. Participating in the meeting were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Truong Thi Hong Hai, Director, Deputy Directors, Heads of departments, laboratories and centers under the Institute.

At the meeting, Prof. Morhiro Maeda presented a project to improve the quality of local organic fertilizers through the application of Japanese organic fertilizer production technology. On behalf of the Institute of Biotechnology, Dr. Nguyen Duc Huy proposed ideas, implementation methods and steps to implement the project.

After the exchange, the two sides reached an agreement on the implementation of the project in 2018. The Institute’s leadership thanked and expressed their wish to continue the good cooperation in the future.
