Specialized scientific workshop on safe operating procedures for biosafety cabinet, fume hood, and laminar flow cabinet
On March 3rd, 2026, Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University organized a specialized workshop with the participation of ESCO VIETNAM CO., LTD., and scientists as well as research groups from the Institute. Attending the workshop were the Board of Directors, heads of offices, staff, and students at the Institute; and representatives from the company.
The workshop was organized to equip laboratory staff, equipment managers, lecturers, researchers, and students with the knowledge and skills for laboratory operations, thereby contributing to minimizing risks and improving safety levels in the laboratory.
At the meeting, representatives from the company shared practical experiences in managing laboratory safety equipment and introduced new equipment lines with outstanding features for microbial culture. The discussion not only provided useful information but also opened up prospects for future cooperation between the company and the Institute.
