Within the framework of regional cooperation on science and technology development, a regional conference on evaluating the survey results of the project “Community Watershed-based Agriculture and Fishery Development Project (CWAFD)” was held on October 12th, 2025. On October 1st 2026, Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University (HUIB) had a meeting with a delegation from Okayama University, Japan; led by Prof. Morihiro Maeda. Also in attendance were professors, researchers, and postgraduate students from universities and institute in Japan. On the side of HUIB, there were Assoc.Prof. Nguyen Van Hue – Deputy Director, staffs and students at the Institute.

On July 28th, 2025, a delegation from HUIB, led by Assoc.Prof. Truong Thi Hong Hai – Director, conducted an investigation into the agricultural activities of households meeting the project requirements in A Luoi 4 commune, Hue city.

On July 21st, 2025, Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University (HUIB) organized a scientific seminar: “Nanoengineering Precision: Shaping the Next Frontier in Medical Biotechnology” presented by Assoc.Prof. Truong Vi Khanh, Flinders University, Australia. Attending the seminar were the Board of Directors, heads of offices, staff working at the Institute; and the lecturers from University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University.
