
The institutional acceptance evaluation for the Hue University-level science and technology project entitled “Research on the Effects of Silver Nanoparticles on the Antagonistic Activity Against Several Pathogenic Microorganisms Affecting White Lotus Cultivated in Thua Thien Hue” (Project Code: DHH2023-15-20) was held at the Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University. The project was led by M.Sc. Nguyen Quang Hoang Vu, with the Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University serving as the host institution.
During the evaluation session held on 23 December 2025, the project leader presented an overview of the research activities and highlighted the project’s major outcomes. The project produced one international journal article, one domestic journal article, and one conference proceeding paper. It also contributed to postgraduate education by supporting one doctoral candidate in successfully completing and defending a research milestone related to the project’s research objectives.
The Evaluation Council highly commended the project’s scientific achievements and recognized its practical applicability. The Council also acknowledged the project’s valuable contributions to scientific research and its potential socio-economic benefits, particularly in the prevention and control of diseases affecting white lotus cultivated in Thua Thien Hue.
Following the evaluation, the Council unanimously concluded that the project had successfully fulfilled its objectives and awarded it a rating of “Pass.”
