Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University had a meeting with a research team from Japan
On March 20th 2023, Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University (HUIB) had a meeting with the research team from Japan. On the side of HUIB, there were Dr. Nguyen Duc Huy – Deputy Director and officials in charge of related work; on the side of the delegation, there were Prof. Morihiro Maeda – Okayama University, Head of the delegation, and professors, researchers from Okayama University, Saga University and the National Agriculture and Food Research Organization, Japan.
At the meeting, the two sides continued to exchange and discuss the contents related to the project “Proposal of Regionally Available Biomass Waste Compost with Useful Functions and Less Environmental Impacts based on Scientific Evaluation of Local and Indigenous Knowledge in Vietnam” was signed in early August 2022. On the same day, project members from both sides conducted experiments at the Institute.
