On May 15, 2026, the Hue University Institute of Biotechnology conducted the acceptance evaluation of the technological process entitled “Propagation of Anoectochilus roxburghii through Tissue Culture Techniques,” developed under the city-level science and technology project: “Establishment of Cultivation Models and Development Orientation for Medicinal Plants, Including Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl. and Stephania japonica, under Forest Canopies in the Buffer Zone of Bach Ma National Park Associated with Product Commercialization” (Project Code: TTH.2021-KC.31). The project is headed by M.Sc. Ho Thi Hoang Nhi, with the Hue University Institute of Biotechnology serving as the lead institution.
At the evaluation meeting, representatives of the research team presented a summary of the implementation process, key advantages, and potential applications of the technological process for propagating Anoectochilus roxburghii using tissue culture techniques. The Evaluation Committee acknowledged the research outcomes, noting that they met the project objectives. The Committee also identified several issues related to formatting and structure that should be revised and supplemented to further improve the technological process documentation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Chair of the Evaluation Committee endorsed the comments and assessments provided by the reviewers and Committee members. The research team was requested to fully consider and incorporate all recommendations and feedback in order to revise, supplement, and finalize the technological process.
According to the Committee’s evaluation, the technological process was rated as satisfactory and successfully passed the acceptance evaluation.
