The Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University completely rebuilt the Bioproducts Factory
On December 16th 2019, Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University (HUIB) completely rebuilt the Bioproducts Factory by the fund from Hue University. Attending the handover ceremony, there was Assoc. Prof. Truong Thi Hong Hai – Director of HUIB; on the side of Hue University, there was Mr. Ngo Van Tuan – Director of Department of Facilities Management; representative of contractor and the handover officials.
According to the approved plan, the construction is invested within three phases. The first phase is a factory construction with an area of 270 m2 in 2019, the remained phases are expected to be built in the following years with a construction area of 360 m2 and 450 m2 and the path to the factory. After completion the construction will have an area of 1000 m2 with functional areas such as: room for material gathering; bio-fertilizer production room; probiotic manufacturing room for animal and fisheries; and packaging products room. Bioproducts Factory has been built in accordance with construction law and met demand for the biological products manufacture of the Institute. The factory will soon be put into use in the next time.
