Institute of Biotechnology signed an international cooperation agreement with a research group from Japan

On July 21, 2015, Institute of Biotechnology and Institute of Natural Resources and Environment, Hue University signed a memorandum of cooperation in research with a research team from Okayama University and Kitasato University, Japan in framework of the research project “Determining the mechanism of nitrogen pollution of surface water in the Central Coast of Vietnam using microbiological techniques and sustainable isotope analysis”.
The parties discussed and agreed on the content of work to be carried out at the Institute of Biotechnology as well as the role of the Institute for this research project. At the end of the discussion, President Truong Quy Tung signed a memorandum of cooperation with relevant parties on behalf of the Institute.
