{"id":8000,"date":"2020-07-03T12:11:18","date_gmt":"2020-07-03T05:11:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/huib.hueuni.edu.vn\/?p=8000"},"modified":"2020-07-03T14:28:38","modified_gmt":"2020-07-03T07:28:38","slug":"the-evaluation-on-final-report-of-hue-university-research-project-code-dhh2018-15-09","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/huib.hueuni.edu.vn\/en\/the-evaluation-on-final-report-of-hue-university-research-project-code-dhh2018-15-09\/","title":{"rendered":"The evaluation on final report of Hue University research project, code: DHH2018-15-09"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On July 3<sup>rd<\/sup> 2020, Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University (HUIB) organized the Scientific Committee to evaluate the Hue University research project \u201cCloning and sequence analysis of laccase coding gene from <em>Fusarium oxysporum<\/em> HUIB02\u201d, code: DHH2018-15-09 was headed by Dr. Nguyen Duc Huy, HUIB was the implementation institution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the meeting, on behalf of the research team, Dr. Nguyen Duc Huy presented of the process, and key results of the project, such as: amplification <em>Folac<\/em>1, <em>Folac<\/em>2, and <em>Folac<\/em>3 genes from cDNA and DNA genome of <em>Fusarium oxysporum<\/em> HUIB02, these genes have been deposited on Genbank database: <em>Folac<\/em>1 (MT362052)<em>, Folac<\/em>2 (KY825237), and<em> Folac<\/em>3 (KY825238); cloning <em>Folac<\/em>1, <em>Folac<\/em>2, and <em>Fola<\/em>c3 genes into pGEM<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>T-Easy vector; <em>Folac<\/em>1 sequence consists of 2064 nucleotides, encoding for an amino acids chain of 686 aa, protein structure analysis demonstrates Folac1 is extracellular enzyme with a signal peptide and 11 <em>N<\/em>-glycosylation positions, secondary structure contains 7 \u03b1-chains and 38 \u03b2-chains; <em>Folac<\/em>2 sequence consists of 2229 nucleotides, encoding for an amino acids chain of 645 aa, protein structure analysis demonstrates Folac2 is extracellular enzyme with a signal peptide and 12 <em>N<\/em>-glycosylation positions, secondary structure contains 7 \u03b1-chains and 36 \u03b2-chains; <em>Folac<\/em>3 sequence consists of 1957 nucleotides, encoding for an amino acids chain of 617 aa, protein structure analysis demonstrates Folac3 is intracellular enzyme with 7 <em>N<\/em>-glycosylation positions, secondary structure contains 6 \u03b1-chains and 30 \u03b2-chains. The research team published 01 article in Hue University Journal of Science, 03 nucleotide sequences on Genbank database, and supported to train 02 engineers in Biotechnology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Members of the scientific evaluation council highly appreciated the results of project and commented on some modification (form errors, scientific terms\u2026) and correction on the contents of final report.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assoc.
