Especially, the doctoral program on Biology of HUIB has received great attention from staffs of Savannakhet University. Accordingly, students enroll in the PhD program in Institute of Biotechnology will receive scholarships for research and a part of living expenses. After that, the delegation of Savannakhet University visited the Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University.
