project consultation agreement \u201cCommunity Watershed-based Agriculture and Fishery Development Project (CWAFD)\u201d between Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University (HUIB) and Research Development and Training Center (RDTC) of Savannakhet University, Lao PDR, on July 28<sup>th<\/sup>, 2025, a delegation from HUIB, led by Assoc.Prof. Truong Thi Hong Hai \u2013 Director, conducted an investigation into the agricultural activities of households meeting the project requirements in A Luoi 4 commune, Hue city.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Institute&#8217;s delegation visited and worked with farmers in A Luoi 4 commune, Hue city, to investigate the farming activities of the households there, including agricultural cultivation, aquaculture, and livestock
