Nguyen Van Khanh, HUIB was the implementation institution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the meeting, on behalf of the research team, MSc. Nguyen Van Khanh presented of the process, and key results of the project, such as: isolated and identified 05\u00a0<em>Vibrio<\/em>\u00a0species carrying\u00a0<em>PirA<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>PirB\u00a0<\/em>toxic genes from\u00a0<em>Litopenaeus vannamei<\/em>\u00a0cultured in Phong Dien District, Thua Thien Hue Province; created successfully 02\u00a0<em>E. coli\u00a0<\/em>TOP10 strains carrying<em>\u00a0pGEM\/PirA<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>pGEM\/PirB\u00a0<\/em>recombinant plasmids; sequencing of\u00a0<em>PirA<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>PirB\u00a0<\/em>toxic genes of 05\u00a0<em>Vibrio\u00a0<\/em>species causing AHPND in<em>\u00a0Litopenaeus vannamei<\/em>, their sequences are similar the\u00a0<em>PirA<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>PirB\u00a0<\/em>gene sequences of\u00a0<em>Vibrio parahaemolyticus<\/em>\u00a0V.03 (KU556825.1) on GenBank; published 01 article in Hue University Journal of Science and supported to train 02 biology students\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Members of the scientific evaluation council appreciated the results of project and commented on some modification (form errors, scientific terms, report structure \u2026) and correction on the contents of final report.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Nguyen Duc Huy \u2013 Chairmain of the Scientific Committee agreed with the comments and assessments of the reviewers and members of the Scientific Committee, and suggested that the research team should correct the report.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The evaluation of research project: Good<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7533\" src=\"http:\/\/huib.hueuni.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/anh-khanh.-f.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/huib.hueuni.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/anh-khanh.-f.jpg 600w, https:\/\/huib.hueuni.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/anh-khanh.-f-300x185.jpg 300w, https:\/\/huib.hueuni.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/anh-khanh.-f-237x146.jpg 237w, https:\/\/huib.hueuni.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/anh-khanh.-f-50x31.jpg 50w, https:\/\/huib.hueuni.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/anh-khanh.-f-122x75.jpg 122w\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"370\" \/><em>MSc.
