The Chairman proposed the PhD students should record critics, suggestions and comments from the Council\u2019s members to continue revising, supplementing and completing the dissertation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Evaluation Council concluded that the detailed dissertation outline of PhD students were met the evaluation criteria.
