Attending the handover ceremony, there was Assoc. Prof. Truong Thi Hong Hai \u2013 Director of HUIB; on the side of Hue University, there was Mr. Ngo Van Tuan \u2013 Director of Department of Facilities Management; representative of contractor and the handover officials.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the approved plan, the construction is invested within three phases. The first phase is a factory construction with an area of 270 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0in 2019, the remained phases are expected to be built in the following years with a construction area of 360 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0and 450 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0and the path to the factory. After completion the construction will have an area of 1000 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0with functional areas such as: room for material gathering; bio-fertilizer production room; probiotic manufacturing room for animal and fisheries; and packaging products room. Bioproducts Factory has been built in accordance with construction law and met demand for the biological products manufacture of the Institute.
