\nWORKSHOP ORGANIZATION PLAN IN 2018
\n\u201cApplication of Biotechnology: Driving force for sustainable development\u201d<\/center><\/div>\n

1. Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

Create a forum for scientists in the field of Biotechnology at Hue University as well as universities, research institutes, management agencies and scientists to exchange the latest achievements and directions for Biotechnology application strategy in the fields of agriculture, food, environment, fisheries, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine and medicine towards sustainable development.<\/p>\n

Application of Biotechnology: Driving force for sustainable development.<\/p>\n

3. Time and place of the workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n

The workshop was held on September 21, 2018 at the Institute of Biotechnology, Provincial Road 10, Phu Thuong, Phu Vang, Thua Thien Hue.<\/p>\n

4. Specialized content<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Application of Agricultural and Food Biotechnology<\/li>\n
  2. Application of Environmental Biotechnology<\/li>\n
  3. Application of biotechnology in aquaculture, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine<\/li>\n
  4. Application of biotechnology in medicine<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    5. Workshop report format<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Report and overview:<\/em> After the opening session, there will be 2-4 overview reports from the invited participants of the workshop.<\/p>\n

    Oral report:<\/em> Each report presented and discussed at the workshop should not exceed 20 minutes (including discussion).<\/p>\n

    Hanging report (poster):<\/em> Each report is limited to an area equal to A0 size, unlimited number of reports.<\/p>\n

    Collection of full-text reports: Special issue of Hue University Scientific Journal: Specialization of Natural Sciences<\/p>\n

    The organizers welcome full-text submissions in English and early submission.<\/p>\n

    Delegates register to attend: free<\/p>\n

    Posting fee: 1,000,000 VND<\/p>\n

    Note: Hue University PhD students are exempted from 50% of the posting fee.<\/em><\/p>\n
