LETTER OF INVITATION FOR SPONSORSHIP

It is our privilege and honor to invite you to the 2024 National Biotechnology Conference which will take place in Indochine Palace at 105A Hung Vuong Street, Hue City, Vietnam September 25-26th, 2024. The 2024 National Biotechnology Conference will be hosted by Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University in agreement by Hue University and Vietnam Society for Biotechnology, Vietnam Biological Association.
The conference is a scientific forum for scientists, lecturers, students to present recent research activities as well as to exchange ideas in the field of Biotechnology.
We would like to offer an opportunity to make your brand stand out by becoming conference’s sponsor. The sponsor will receive a sponsorship certificate, sponsor name and logo to be placed on conference promotion and publication materials, sponsor advertisement information will also be attached in document bag of attending participants at the conference, and sponsor exhibition will be located in the conference hall. In addition, we also invite the Diamond sponsor and Gold sponsor to take notice that the field activities of sponsor will be introduced at specific session of Themes and Topics.
You may choose your level of support as follows: Diamond sponsors will have 02 exhibition kiosks at their chosen location with the sponsorship amount from 50,000,000 VND. Gold sponsors will have a premium exhibition kiosk arranged by the organizer with the sponsorship from 30,000,000 VND to 50,000,000 VND. Lastly, silver sponsors will have an exhibition kiosk arranged by the organizer, with the sponsorship amount from 20,000,000 VND to 30,000,000 VND.

APPENDIX
(Sponsorship rights at the 2024 National Biotechnology Conference)
1. DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP (From 50,000,000 VND)
- To enjoy advertisement benefits during the course of the conference (Logo and company name appearing at the most respectable places in advertisement materials, with the logo’s size being equal to those of organizers’).
- The sponsor will be present with a certificate at the Opening Ceremony or the Closing Ceremony of the Conference.
- An article about the sponsor is printed (maximum 2 A4 pages) in the proceedings of the conference.
- The sponsor can present an oral presentation (15 to 20 minutes) to promote the sponsor’s products and services.
- Three lunch vouchers will be given to the sponsor’s representatives.
- The sponsor is able to choose the location for their two kiosks and standees at the conference venue. The kiosks are approximately 2×2 m, and 2.3 m in height.
- The sponsor can send advertising leaflets to be included in the document bags, given to conference attendants.
2. GOLD SPONSORSHIP (From 30,000,000 to 50,000,000 VND)
- To enjoy advertisement benefits during the course of the conference (Logo and company name appearing at the most respectable places in advertisement materials, with the logo’s size being 0.8 the size of organizers’ logos).
- The sponsor will be present with a certificate at the Opening Ceremony or the Closing Ceremony of the Conference.
- An article about the sponsor is printed (maximum 1 A4 page) in the proceedings of the conference.
- The sponsor can present an oral presentation (10 to 15 minutes) to promote the sponsor’s products and services.
- Two lunch vouchers will be given to the sponsor’s representatives.
- The sponsor is able to use one kiosk (approximately 2×2 m, and 2.3 m in height) at the conference venue.
- The sponsor can send advertising leaflets to be included in the document bags, given to conference attendants.
3. SILVER SPONSORSHIP (From 20,000,000 to 30,000,000 VND)
- To enjoy advertisement benefits during the course of the conference (Logo and company name appearing at the most respectable places in advertisement materials, with the logo’s size being 0.8 the size of organizers’ logos).
